Why is their website soooo useless, my results from 19 Dec still aren't up, if BE can do it in a day why does it take BD over 1 month to put up results.

Jo I'm totally with you on this one.

The website was changed over a year ago, I think? and it still isn't working properly!

The old one was much better, preferred the way you could search for competition schedules and results.

I think it just makes BD look so bad

Lets start a petition for them to sort it out!
 
PG that's awful, why is it taking so long? Do you think its worth emailing BD or starting a petition as FinnMcCoul suggests?
 
to be honest it dosent bother me anyways! i know what her results are and theyve sent me out an upgrade card along with my qualification card for the regionals etc, so the results are with them, they just arent online.
 
Ive been having this problem too. When ive been looking at results there are gaps everywhere. For instance it will give results of people in 2nd, 3rd and 5th place but not 1st and 4th. Surely all the results come in together.

I emailed BD about my results but the didnt even reply which I thought was quite rude and unproffesional.

they do not seem to be doing much BE get results up next day.it can be really annoying if you are trying to sell a horse. we all need to write to them as obviously they can't use a computer so they won't see this. i am waiting for their reply to my spillers comb.training query.[see my question on here a few days ago ] i think they are going to make me wait 16 months for the championship.i don't know what he will be doing by then he scored 72% yesterday in a novice so i can't compete him much as he is going through the points so fast and he isn't 5 yet so don't want to rush him.have to work on his jumping instead. we all need to let BD know our views
 
I've assumed they don't publish the results of people who are competing on a ticket. Seems very petty to me.
I absolutely agree on the problems with the website it's appalling.
 
*small cough* They are aware there is a problem but perhaps the best way to voice it would be to get on to your members' rep - each region has one. It's a fairly new commitee position, but it's exactly the sort of thing they were put in place for. *slinks out quietly*
 
Hayley Liddiard I believe. She's the members rep for the Eastern region but she also lives in Essex. I met all the committee in a rush and hope I've put the right name to face, but I'm pretty sure it's her!
 
Ooo, we have a new venue, I approved it last week, fills the gap between NH and PEC nicely - called Brook Farm Training Centre, off J26 of the M25. Already running unaffiliated, and BD from August. Really nice place.
