Not very exciting I'm afraid and most of you have guessed it anyway, but its because of his SJ even though they have a SJer in the family. His SJ isn't good enough basically. He would be great of a young rider doing smaller things.

Of course that is a matter of opinion

Looks like someone might well pick up a lovely horse to get experience on for that sort of money, hope they find him a nice home.

I still think he's a bargain- he's jumped a few clear rounds at intermediate level. I suppose for a pro he's not quite good enough but if he's not too tricky, he'd be many people's dream horse!!
