Hi just wondered if any of you have got the mountain horse rimfrost long riding boots, my calf is 40cm at the widest point and are 40cm long. Scared to press the buy button untill I am sure they will fit, as I bought what was supposed to be a wide fitting boot before and they would not fit. So will these boots in wide fit me ?
They do say they are 40cm wide in the wide fit but sometimes I cannot get my foot around the ankle bit, if that makes sense.

I'm about the same size and brought the rimfrost in a size bigger then normal and they were a tad to big lol lovely and warm though but I need to wear thick socks so I don't flap about in them! I will be buying another pair for next year :D

Are they the synthetic or am I confused? Had 2 pairs both fell apart in under 6 months. Buy leather mountain horse and they are un beatable. Go cheap with synthetic like I did and very poor quality. I sent polite complaint to mountain horse and heard nothing back. I have leather ones and they're fab.

Thanks for the replies, I have just checked and they are the leather ones. I am only buying them to hack out in 2/4 times a week on my mare, I usually wear short boots with half chaps. I always feel a bit more supported in long boots, but since my legs have gone fatter i have struggled to find a nice leather pair which fit snuggly without cutting off my circulation .
