Hey,
2 horses at my yard have been found to have ringworm! I no its very easily spread as my pony caught it not last year but the year before.
Is there anyway to prevent my pony catching it again? The good side is mares and geldings are separate and so far only 2 geldings have been found with it and secondly amey isnt stabled near them, Im hoping this is enough to prevent it happening but with my luck Im not counting on it
Are there any other ways to prevent her catching it or is separation and not touching anything they have the best way?
I also heard that once a horse has had ringworm once there unlikely to get it again but I'm not really sure I believe that!
