He was apparently put to sleep today

So sad. A friend of mine used to own a horse that was sired by him. I never had the privilege of seeing Grange Bouncer, other than online photos of him, and he always looked magnificent and like a very special horse.

Oh no not GB Gosh it's been an awful year for losing greats. He was a terrific stallion who bred type, temp and talent. RIP.

Very sad - 2 lovely stallions. So sorry for all their connections.

Just read the HSI report on these two stallions and noticed that Grange Bouncer had been awarded a gold merit for his own jumping, a gold merit for his own eventing, a silver merit former his progeny eventing and a bronze merit for his progeny in dressage, quite an achievement for any stallion let alone a purebred draught. Well done to his connections on producing such a talented horse.
