Further to my post this morning, my lovely little boy was PTS at lunchtime today.
The staggering got worse and he didn't know anyone so vet was called back and it was done.
The vet had a feel once he had lain down and said there was a mass of some sort which would lead him to the conclusion it was a problem with his liver.
At 20 yrs old last week, he had a good run. The photo below was when he was about 4 and taken on a very unseasonal xmas day! (He was clipped cos he used to live in with my other horses and got too hot in the stable).
I'd just like to say that Jock had the most wonderful loan home for the last 14 years and they truly looked after him and loved him right up until the end.
