I'm so sorry, that's so sad. Beautiful horse and he had a great time and a good life with you by the sounds of things, a great pairing. RIP Ottie.

Devastating for you and your OH. Sadly a similar incident happened in Hinxton about 15 years ago.

Those photos are wonderful - definitely the way to remember your boy.

All my sympathies are with you for your sad loss. It is devastating I know having lost my grey Arab mare having owned her for nearly 30 years after she had a freak accident and lost an eye. Kindest thing was tohave her put down but she was my life for so many years.

So sorry about Ottie, I received a message to say a horse had been killed on the Cambridge Road, we were all frantically emailing/texting/calling around to try and find out who owned him.
I lost my lad in January so know that awful feeling of loss, I have a new boy who is helping me heal but will never replace the boy I lost
