Rising 2 year old bitch incontinent?

Very worried about my lovely 18month old vizsla bitch. Afew weeks ago she leaked the odd spot here and there. Didnt think too much off it, and took her the vets. Vet gave her antibiotics, and she still leaked whilst on the AB's, then it settled down.
However a week later it happened again. She leaks when asleep mostly.

Took urine sample to vet, and showed nothing. She is going in tomorrow for xrays to look at bladder.

Has anyone any experience of this??

My young dog (at about the same age) did not leak as it were, but did wee a lot, little dribbles, he was treated on and off with weeks of ABs but always came back, but when scoped and scanned there showed a mass of tissue floating around in his bladder, the result of an aggressive infection. It was blasted with a month of strong ABs and he is fine now.
Because the bladder issue was not detected before, the problems just kept returning.
I had to change vets before we got to the bottom of it.

Is she neutered?

Yes she has been spayed. She drips from behind alittle, but mainly it when shes asleep poor mite doesnt know anything about it.
Hope we can sort her out asap, have googled it but there seems to be many causes.

As I understand spayed bitches can become incontinent.Mine has, but we're not sure its because of spaying or all the chemo shes had over last 2 years (menigitis). I often find her asleep in a puddle, she just doesnt know shes done it, Bless her cotton socks.
