Rising 3 yr old and magnesium

Can I give my anxious, spooky rising 3 yr old filly, magnesium in her feed?
I believe Nupafeed is very good for this sort of thing?

You can, but better to address what’s making her anxious and spooky?

Saying that, I find the spring & autumn flushes set one of mine off so they get magnesium around those times.

If they are not deficient it can make them even more spooky and silly, one of my geldings can't have alot of it he is literally dangerous on it.

Is he living out what's his management?
