Risk Assessments for Freelance Instructors

As I understand it all freelance instructors should carry out a risk assessment before taking a lesson!

Do any of you know of any good websites where a sample/template of a good risk assessment for riding instructors can be obtained/viewed?

BHS supplied my RA form.

Emm, its not just filling out a form. you have to have some training in been able to assess the likley hood and the severity of the accident should it occure.

Its quite stright forward and easy to do as long as you know what your doing.
