has any one ever heard of this place. they have a website but it gives no info about them only pics of 4 horses for saleand a comment under them. i don't know where they are based as they are mobile no's this is the website address www.riversdalestud.co.uk . thanks

I came across them the other day and quite liked the sound of the bay gelding 'Nico' for a client of mine who is currently looking,so went on there website to see where the yard is based, but like you said no info only mobile numbers.

i just came across them nico looked nice, just not sure about the fact that you leave a comment and they answer you on line. seemed a bit odd to me. did not look to quite right to me

Just had a look at the site and tbh I'd be abit suspicious by the lack on information on the site as well, trouble is you can never tell who's cosher and who isn't these days! Have you tried googling their mobile number and see what else it brings up, might bring some ads up with a location so you at least know which end of the country they are in!

I bought Rags from there it is just outside Aylesbury in Bucks. They had a nice selection of horses and I had no problems. I know several eventers that get horses from there and he was recommended to me by Gill Watson when I was up around that area looking at something else. The bloke that runs it Johnny is Irish and brings some nice horses over. I also had a friend that bought a potential eventer from him and after a month decided although an excellent SJer it did not have the heart for xc. He took it back without a fuss.
