Why is it so skinny..... nearly 100 pages less than the last one.

Was going to be my bedtime read tonight, but not very excited now

Wouldn't bother with it, its rubbish!

(says the shopaholic who already owns 90% of the catalogue...)
 


Yeah I thought that too MQ! Their winter one wasn't too bad but really liked the nice big ones they used to do twice a year. Don't think they've changed from a annual one to a winter & summer one but this years summer one is definitely on the anorexic side!
 
Went to their superstore today and they hadn't much there either (although I did buy a sage green bridle with diamante brow band!!!!!) Tried to have lunch there but they had 1/2hour wait for food! No-one was eating and the woman who was supposed to be cooking was very obviously on a go slow dreadful service IMHO
 
OH still hid it from me....... and we get three delivered.... one for mrs s barratt, one for martin barratt and one for sarah barratt..... what a waste of money!!!
 
Yeah not much in it is there. The Derby House one was worse. Im not too far from the store but we rarely go anymore. I think its great for kids or people wanting the basics when starting out.
 
their customer services seems to have taken a total nosedive too.


I shant be shopping with them again after my last experience.
 
I was disapointed with Robinsons for the simple fact, I could NOT find any adult male clothes. It's possible I missed it but, I only saw one pair of boys jods. As im a rather large kid, I have to wear an adults for me. Rideaway is much better tbh.
 
With you Stassy on that one. The thing that gets to me about them nowadays IMO their own brand stuff is so cheap and nasty, fair enough, plenty of cash strapped horse owners who need cheap products but don't make them so rubbish please Robinsons!
 
They seem to have cut all the quality brands out now..... just their own make, which I agree is a bit naff!!!!

Perhaps they think they are so good now that Requisite is competitive enough to rank along side Rambo, Weatherbeeta, Fal and the like!!!!! (which they used to stock loads of).

Tell you what Robinsons, have we got news for you

Oh, I won't be holding much hope of getting my order (placed easter monday) anytime soon then!... website says 2 - 4 days standard delivery that means I should have gotten mine on Friday...
 
I think that too, they have been cutting down on other brands and develping everything in their own brand. people like a choice of brands and are probably moving elsewhere to buy, and who can blame them

well my parents ordered some stuff for my birthday (yesterday) and they ordered on wednesday and it was delivered friday

Yes! You are right, I think that too. Haven't ordered from them for a while TBH, don't like their Requisite range as it is cheap. The range of brands are limited in the extreme which is a shame as they seemed to have quite a good choice at one point.

The provision for mens riding gear is appalling. My brother rides & was looking for some decent breeches & there wasn't that great a choice at all. One pair of breeches to choose from & it was their Requisite range

I used to order a couple of times a year from them about 3/4 years ago but the range they carry seems to be getting slimmer & slimmer
