Or is it just me? Everytime to go there to look for something their site NEVER gives sufficient detail. I was looking for an Amigo neck cover. They list them but don't bother to mention what weight you'll get if you go ahead and buy one. I've just been online to look at the platform dog bed. Great. But what DIMENSION is small, medium, large and XL???? How can anyone buy from them online if they don't supply the details of what they are selling. I keep having to use their Live Chat but it's getting a bore now :(

Very poor service in every aspect i'm afraid. Very often almost everything is marked on the site as sold out when it's clearly not. They don't seem bothered either :(

I have the catolouge, good to get hoofoils, mane sprays, sometack cleaner, and food supliments quite cheap!:) But I do know what you mean, i was looking at that dog bed the other day, is it the blue one? I just guess the biggest size to be safe! The catolouges quite good for lotions and stuff like I said its quite cheap!:D

It just looks a bit shoddy and unprofessional to me. Good concept with the prices they charge - however you must have stock and an efficient website to use otherwise it people will not bother using it.

Catalogue is good, website awful! Last time I had a catalogue I went online to order and of the 5 or so things i wanted not ONE was on the website. They wern't unusual things either, tail bandage, lunge line, shampoo, girth sleeve etc...!

Then I rang up and they had it ALL in stock and were very helpful...!

I must have been lucky. The times I've used Robinsons they've been fine. Had an issue with some boots a while back if I remember right, but it was sorted out fairly quickly in the end.

Ride-Away is good, as is Equestrian Clearance :D

Yes, thats the one! The one on legs with a back on 3-sides. Thing is, it needs to fit through the entrance of our outside kennel so I definitely needed dimensions before I committed. I did use their Live Chat and was told the measurements immediately, so it makes you wonder why someone at their end doesn't get off their backside and enter the necessary information onto their site pages. Same with rugs. People want to know the weight of the rug they're buying - not get a lucky dip! Seems kind of basic information and something youd assume an experienced tack supplier would know their customers would want to know.

Every time I click on a rug, put in the size and the price shoot right up to what it normally, so not really much of a sale then!
