Ive been waiting nearly a week now for my Robinsons delivery, the status is "in progress" still. Only one of my items are from the sale. But im guessing they are really busy getting the sale stock out??

Has anyone had the same problem? I have a show on sunday and I really need what ive ordered! Grrr

That's normal for Robinsons, which is why I wait till my partner is on business that way and while he's working I go shopping lol

In their defense standard delivery is 5-7 working days, and, I would imagine that they are pretty busy at the moment, fingers crossed you get your order in time. You could always give them a ring and see if they could hurry yours along a bit, or pay the extra to have next day delivery?

I was getting just as frustrated as you about the order I placed last Friday - but finally on Saturday I got one item of the order delivered.

Then in today's post I got another two packages, again with 1 item in each including the only part that the website had said was not yet "in progress".

Just now I have had a delivery by Home Delivery Network of a large box containing all the rest of the order. We have big order because a group of us order together to save postage!

Now I just have a rant about sizing!

At the moment there is no option for express delivery - that's what we all clubbed to together for, to make that option cheaper.

Ok so I should relax abit more and wait for it to turn up.. The only thing thats worrying me is that the item i have ordered is being shown as out of stock..

Fingers crossed it turns up in time!!!

I ordered on the 25th and my delivery arrived on Friday so took a week. When you ordered you should have been given a delivery time, mine was 5 - 7 working days. If it has not arrived in the time they told you email customer services and query it, they should refund the delivery charge. I know that doesn't help with the goods but saves a few pounds.
