Right my ODE has been cancelled today (which we kind of guessed as weather has been awful) so have been quickly looking for another show to go to, the only thing on around us is Rockhampton, which also has a 1m ameteur qual. which we want to do and a 1.05m scope qualifier.

Just want to know if anyone can tell me what it's like, facilities, surface, warm up, any pics?

Thanks!

Not been for a few years but school quite small but well built courses and really nice people. Used to be one of my centres of choice as not glamourous but run by competitors who know what they are doing.

I haven't been for a few years now, but used to go there all the time (was only 5 miles away!)

It is a little more run down than most show centres, but the people who run it are lovely and very helpful. The warmup is the worst part - it is covered, but very small and tends to turn into a pony racetrack (with big pillars running down the middle!) but the arena itself has a nice surface, and although fairly tight, the courses are very well built with this in mind, and therefore very jumpable. The surface is nice - sand - but well maintained. Facilities aren't extravagent, but everything you need - some seating, toilets, and a burger van. Oh and heat lamps in the collecting ring - very useful on december days!

Similar to Gracelands I'd say
