Incase anyone has got me wrong in the past, they are great!!

I've had the odd rant about newcomer days and such, but only because the regular ones are so fantastic!

Past and present - I had the BEST day on boxing day!!!

I've made this post because I have apparently been slagging off RH, but I never meant it to come across that way.

I have to say, I am missing the Rockwood country a LOT, because we really are spoiled for country up there, but after going out with VWH I can safely say their hunt staff know what they are doing, hounds work really really well and the organisation is something I've never seen before- when they say 11 oclock meet all of the staff and field are there, ready to go, on time.
I doubt I will hunt with RH again, I've just got to the point where I've had enough.

I don't think the Rockwood is a regular hunt, in that it is trying its best to stay afloat in difficulties.

I personally like the late starts - I get to lie in!!

I think they sometimes need to decide which comes first...hunting or shooting???
