Hi, could anyone tell me how technical Robaston Intro is? Am thinking of entering a horse for his 1st Intro there & he's very green when it comes to technical things, he's been hunting & thats as much XC expericance he has, so if it has lots of questions we'll wait until the spring to start

Thanks

RD

Never done the BE there, but have done the BE track at PC event there! Itslargely straight forward just logs etc, Im sure i my 14hher managed itm anyone can! I think the tourse is also available for hire, so perhaps you could go & have a practise

Hey RD! I have no answers about Rodbaston, but how are you!? (The user formerly known as Twigggy here...).

Who are you thinking of eventing?!

Hello!!!

i've got a horse (anky) who i hunted last season, and i thought as Ian suffers from horrendous stage fright (esp when people are stood within 20 yards of him & a fence!!) i'd do an intro on a ticket with anky to decide whether to blow his brains out hunting, or balance it with some winter dressage & SJ, & if i still have any money left after buying childrens toys, Ian will be aimed at BD instead (people INSIDE cars don't seem to count!!)

how is boysie doing? & did twiggy have her foal?

Wow, sounds great! Poor old Ian, but at least people in cars are ok!

Twigs did not foal sadly, maybe next time. Boysie is going great guns having just done his first Novice! (There's a report somewhere down the page) - First one at Goring a couple of weeks ago I fell on my head when he left a leg, but last Saturday he did Monmouth with a 34.8 dressage, 2 down SJ and clear XC all be it with lots of time penalties as I went v slowly because I was a scaredy-cat who did not want to fall on her head again! However he finished 14th, and would have been placed had we been just a little quicker! Now planning not to be such a wuss on Saturday at the next one!

Yay Hello, sorry no help at all but wanted to say hi and long time no see. How's the little man? I think Ian would do very well at BD, although perhaps avoid any venues where the judges sit behind a table at C. Glad to hear Anky is doing well to.

LOL! freddie is really well, i can't wait to get him a pony!!

i think Ian thinks everyone is out to get him, poor thing, even at home if someone stands too close to a fence he just gets himself in a knicker twist, yet he wants to please so desperatly, i recon the serenity of BD will really suit him!! ( & his ponciness)

How is Mac?

Yay Pony hunting for Freddie will be fun.

Mac is happy and fat with his pals in retirment, fingers crossed he's looking nicely set for his first winter out.
