So i took my boy to a practise training day at one of the islands cross country tracks, and he was very good! behaved superbly
which is lovely because having to wait around with a figety stressed out horse is jsut plain annoying!
had a wobbly at loading but was ok in the end :
took a while to get into the swing of things, dont blame him having never travelled before, probably wondered what was going on! the more we did, the better he got and in the end popped his first ditch without even looking at it. i was most suprised having just refused a simple log jump
!
the instructor did pick up on my lower leg, which has a tendancy to slip back, so any tips on helping me keep it more forward?
let me know what y'all think

and just to compare him to how he used to look when he came to me...
very happy with him!
