Hi all!
I've seen a few ads recently for various roll on all natural products, normally containing something like lavender oil that goes on their nose and lasts around an hour, and I'm wondering if anyone has used them and found them good?

I'm not interested in consistent calmer supplements, because my horse isn't really stressy or spicy normally, and doesn't need them for 90% of what we do. But she does sometimes get hyped up going to totally new places, particularly if it's really busy there, so I'm wondering if something like that would help her (and me) relax doing new things, and settle in to new environments.

I was given a free sample of one and thought I'd give it a whirl - it said apply to face and neck, which I did. What I didn't consider was it was an oil based product that promptly rubbed off onto my reins. Result was my horse was definitely no calmer and I had zero grip or brakes 😄 Sorry not helpful but you can enjoy my stupidity!

Oh god, that's not ideal! 🤣🤣 That's helpful in itself in that if I do try one, at least I definitely know not to do it on a show day for the first time! 😂
