roma horse bib's

Can anyone tell me where the loop goes on the roma bib does it loop through a strap? i bough one today but dont know what the loop on it's for..

up by the ears? its ment to attach to a head collar.

The loop sits at the chest, so you can thread a rug chest strap through it, then do the rug up. This is just to stop the bib from spinning around the horses neck. Cheap and cheerful but works as well as any other bib in my opinion
