Ron Harris Racing

Ok,

I have been looking at ex-race horses after previous post. Found Ron Harris Racing with some ex-racers for sale but have heard to stay clear of some trainers/yards! Just wondered if anyone has had any experience with this yard?

Stay well clear would be my advice.

We had a horse from him, which should have been put down the condition he had been kept in. I think his an ex meat business man and has little or no respect for them. I can only heed from my one example if Ron Harris is getting rid from racing, it's got serious problems.

Stick to racing yards within recognised training centres like Newmarket, Lambourn, Middleham. It's harder to hide an ex racer away from the prying eye than tucked away in the Hills of Wales.
