Ronnie my Irish X gelding arrived yesterday after his trip back to my little village!
He travelled amazingly and has settled in brilliantly in his patch. This morning at breakfast time there was a bit of an 'argey bargey' with the other horses over the electric fencing to his patch- 'Mariner' an old grumpy TB decided Ronnie's new rug was nicer than his and decided to steal it!
Anyway, today i'm doing lots of grooming and bonding with him

Oh really? He was from a private home up in Dorking, Surrey. They were really nice people, Nicky her name was. I think they predominately focus on showing cobs if that helps atall, he just didn't make the grade which doesn't bother me in the slightest since i need a steady eddie to keep me confident

he's gorgeous, you must be very excited! Haven't read your previous posts, what are your plans with him? I'm sure you'll have lots of fun x

Recently i've only really 'baby sat' other peoples horses when they couldn't ride so i'm really excited to get some proper training in and maybe we can do some local shows and in hand showing! He needs a good scrub though and i'm desperate for some decent weather so i can bath him! ha
