Room for a new livery yard in North Newark area?

For those who live around Newark, are there enough livery yards around? If so, and you are on livery, what would make you move? Would you be interested in DIY, full or part livery?

I moved len over here last summer and there were a few good ones to choose from, he was on part livery while I was pregnant and commuting to work, moved him closer to a DIY place in the next village over xmas so I'd have more people to ride out with, excellent facilities again, both places offered flexible packages with regard to DIY part full etc and whether you had bedding and hay, completely spolt compared to north lincs grimsby way where we were previously my friends are sooo jealous!
