Rope Nosebands

I used to use one, just because i liked it, i don't think it was any different to a normal one.

Only really seen them on polo ponies with a standing martingale, makes it sharper. Not a fan but if it stops riders getting a broken nose.... then I guess it has a place.

The only horse I've ever seen with a rope noseband was Nick Skelton's Apollo. I don't think they look very nice.
