RoR showing

Hi I am taking my ex racer to his first ever show at the end of july, its only very local level (its actually based in a field on his livery yard) Do you think i could show him in a flash or will it have to come off? He gets his tongue over the bit is the only reason im concerned about taking it off.
I will obviously school him in his breastplate and martingale but remove it before the class as pretty sure not allowed that!

ooo thats good!! I may not have to cause major problems in the group ride then!! haha

Just looked it says any suitable bridle so im going to go with that meaning it can have a flash!
