If that link works the photos of when we got her are on page 3.

She's been with us almost a whole year....this is her today.

She was 2 in June, approx 15.2 and quite bonkers (in a nice way!!).

Found the pic of her on page 4. can hardly believe that's the same youngster. She was a right poor wee thing :(
Well done for taking her home and getting her looking so good :D

Thank you. I think she's very special and stunningly gorgeous, but that's just me, soppy to the last...on the other hand anyone could have got her looking as good as she does now. I haven't fed her anything special, no supplements etc, just the same basic feed that the other horses had over the winter, and good hay. And rugs of course. When her summer coat came through I stopped all the feeds, she's just on good grass now.

She's fantastically athletic, hurtles round the field at top speed and jumps all the banks of thistles for fun.

My oh my what a cracking little filly she is now!! Don't do yourself an injustice.. you have worked wonders with her. She is going to be one gorgeous horse when shes all grown up and a biggun at that!!! Those pics of her when you first got her are horrible to look at... lucky lucky Rose!!!

wow, looks like one of those ads that the bluecross would use! She is beautiful, well done you for turning the poor starved duckling into such a stunning swan:D

Wow, she is truely lovely and well done to you. I would say however that due to her poor start in life I would be inclined to make sure that she does have a vit/min supplement of some sort as she is still growing and it is hard to tell what problems, ie feet ( if any ) may result from such initial neglet.

Either you have a very good eye for a horse and saw potential or you were just a very kind person who felt sorry for the poor little lass.

God, it's an amazing transformation really. I am always stunned by the changes from such a poor state to start with. really does make you wonder how on earth they got that horrific though as, as you said, she hasn't needed any special care or feed, just normal feeding! Not hard is it so how on earth did anyone let her get so bad?!
