Rosettes for normal placings, then sashes for champion and reserve. Our breed club does sashes for 1-6 place and i hate it. Too me if you come home with a sash its because youve done bloody good and got champion or reserve!! not 6th!!

Oh but also would prefer both for champion and reserve :)

Good quality rosettes for placings, sashes AND rosettes for champion/reserve champion. It really annoys me when you pay a lot of money to enter a showing show and they present you with a poor quality rosette and piece of card for a championship prize

I would love to win a sash, have plenty of rossettes, but not 1 sash. Would make me feel very important and proud if ever I did THAT well! lol

Rosettes for places Sashes for champions and a new wool embroidered day rug for best in show champion!!! THere I go - dreaming again..

BnBX

PS Not so keen on trophies -- too much cleaning;) not turned one down yet tho

a new wool embroidered day rug for best in show champion!!!

Oooooooo, I'd go for that! :)

So......
For the championship...
A good quality rosette... check
A lovely sash... check
A trophy... check
AND
A New wool personally embroidered day rug, lol! :D

What do we get for Supreme??? ;)

ive never been to a show before but as i said going on sunday. I would orefer rosettes and sashes for championship but there to 6th in every class lol x

When I was unaffiliated SJ I got a Trailblazer final rosette which I love and have a couple of sashes I love. Also had a nice prize once where I won a nice rosette, £10 and a photograph! The class was sponsored by the photographer, was really pleased when I won that.

Rosettes for 1st to 6th the sashes for Champion and reserve!! Getting a sash mean you done really well at the end of a day!!

I have won Rugs, Numnahs, jackets, trophy and money!!

But just because i have won them does not mean i dont get the same feeling when i win or get placed in a class!! Still just as proud when i come 6th!!

Rosettes for "normal" placings.
Sashes for special - ie champion etc
Plus it's always nice to get a prize, be it a numnah, rug or photograph of you competing that day - that's a nice idea.

I love my old rosettes - they are all so different both in size, shape and colour mixes. Here in NZ rosettes are rare - we have ribbons (sashes) they all look so alike - and take up so much space on the wall, gather a large quantity of dust and fly poop!
