Rotation of the pelvis

My friends just 4,year old 16,2
Has this ,although he has his back checked regularly n advice to do lots of pole work which he does v nicely either on lunge or ridden
Does anyone hav experience on this or any links of the skeletal showing this condition ,just to understand how it effects the horse n rider

My youngster had a rotated pelvis on his offside. He's clearly weaker on that side but regular work, hills, pokework have helped to build muscle to keep if now in place.
