Rothiemay/Newmill - Any empty farmhouses/cottages to rent?

Anyone have an empty farmhouse or cottage in Rothiemay or Newmill area they'd consider renting out long term?

Don't mind something in need of decorating etc but would need to be reflected in price. Also have previously lived in a farmhouse for free in exchange for a few hours help on farm, would consider something like this or help with horses

Must come with a few acres grazing for horse and pony, shelter not essential but would be good, if not would need to be allowed to put something up. Also must accept pets have dogs and cat.

Any other within reason considered. Ideally need to have something sorted out by the end of September as lease up end of October.

Why don't you put up a wanted advert up in the local agri merchants or livestock marts?
