12 yo branded trakehner gelding recently imported from Germany, being doing dressage over there, although not exactly sure what level, but can do counter canter, flying changes etc, so I'm presumed elementry level??? has done some sj over here. good to box shoe catch and tack up. good out hacking. Any ideas how much you would pay.

Hard to say until we know level. £5000? I am rubbish at dressage prices though TBH

Id probably go for £8-10K? If he is working at an advanced level x

Yes, I would say 8-10 if he is working correctly at adv-med (I revoke my earlier est.!). if he has only recently been imported, at that age I would expect his flatwork to be established.

the other thing you will find is that he will be awarded BD points if you register him with BD - may well put him in the very top grade. If someone buys him to compete at a lower level they will either need to have him downgraded or compete in opens. Not that much of a big deal but something to think about....
