Rounded LF fetlock

If the above comment was noted on a vets report for a prospective purchaser for a 5 year old horse (not sure of breed) would you consider it to be a cosmetic problem only ? If not, why not ? Incidentally it was only one front left fetlock involved. Many thanks for your help in advance.

'Rounded' could mean anything though couldn't it?

My first thought was that it has apple joints - round not nice and flat. But maybe the vet means round as in swollen, but no heat obvious damage, or rounded as the result of an injury.

Can you be more specific??

Thanks for your replies and sorry I can't be more specific. It was just a comment on a vets report and I wondered if it was just more of a conformational issue rather than a prospective problem. Thanks for your help and have a nice weekend.
