Royal Wedding...Date Announced

The date for Kate and Wills wedding has been announced today as Friday 29th April 2011. Which means we get an extra public holiday, however you have to feel for Zara Phillips as that is slap bang in the middle of Lexington CCI****!

Poor Zara, no one consulted her then! Glad it isn't going to clash with my nephew's wedding.

Yippee!!! Super long weekend as the monday will be the May bank hol!

I am excited, I did think about joining the hoards on the streets as I feel I should make the most of being in London but the sheer thought of all those people is crazy! So we're having a girly party at ours - any excuse!

Wonder what will happen now with schools etc.

many schools are not respecting the bank hol next year because easter is so late and kids are only just back. Surely they therefore won't shut for the wedding either?
