So did many of you go to Windsor? I know a few were there on the first days and did well.. congratulations.
Just wondered who else went and what you thought?
They have moved the stables which was better in some ways but for me i'd rather have my horses near me when i'm staying away. if they had a better PA system then they could communicate with the stables and the collecting rings better and the distance would'nt be such a problem.
The only other thing, considering the stables were £60 per box per night with aditional cost for a tack box that someone else had decided to use without paying for is ......when is the stable manager going to but the bookings on index cards so that it does'nt take 10mins to find your name in pencil on a plan with 300+ stables on for 4 days of competition?.... i suppose computers are too much to ask?

Other than that it was cool

anyone see anything good? Bad or ugly!!!!!

Saw lots and lots of mud yesterday, we were doing PC jumping in the frogmore ring.

Oh i felt sorry for you then because that ring was really cut up by the end of the day and that was the last class. The mud only really came out at lunch time it was such a pity but the sun did come out briefly at about 5pm!!

Hey,
Didnt go unfortunately - it was just too wet...went one year and the whole thing had been cancelled due to the weather and saw a horse box turning around with grumpy faces, saying highland ponies - Scotland...so can imagine they were not too happy!! Have been for the last 7 years so quite sad we didnt go yesterday.
Can I just ask, do you have to be at a certain level to enter...
I would love to enter the driving or the showing but I understand they do not have the coloured or quarter horses on show there anymore which is a shame.....
