How annoying..........
I have had my rubber matting down for about 2 1/2 years. The stables are designed (as they should be) to drain the wet through the front. The rubber matting was affecting drainage in my stable and I was getting a delightful puddle in front of the door that wouldnt drain so we decided to cut a strip of rubber matting away from front of stable to create a 'gutter'. Underneath the mats seems to get wet casusing the mats to slip forward leaving a gap in the middle of the stable where they meet
so all the mucky bedding workins its way into the gap and lifts the mats...what a nighmare!!
the mats were expensive and im just fed up with them but i wouldnt ant tobed my horse on conctrete as the floor is very slippy (&cold!
) any suggestions?..........has anyone had similar experience?
thanks
