Rubber mats

Hi... I have a stone based yard with a shelter. I've put rubber mats in the shelter but I'm finding they move around and lift. This allows bedding to get under the mats and is a trip hazzard. Just wondering if anyone has an idea how I can stop them moving.

I have no first-hand experience of rubber mats, but a few days ago I came across this post on FB about rubber mats (sold by Lone star ranch services) that fit together like a puzzle and don't move or let bedding get under them. At least, that's what they say.
Maybe you can have a look at them.

If you’re not planning to move them anytime soon you could potentially nail them down depending on the flooring
You can also put up a small wooden lip to stop them moving

I am likely to be tackling the same issue soon when we move, was thinking that the lighter/cheaper mats are more likely to move but the very heavy rubber ones probably wouldn't lift? Apologies if I'm wrong
