My girl has started bucking and kicking her stable wall especially when she is waiting for a feed, she has had to hve her back shoe put back on twice in one week as she is making it move with her kicking and she is lame on her other leg which is being treated at the moment.

She is going away to the vets this week so wanted to try and get something sorted.
Can anyone recommend any mats for the stable wall, don't really know what else i can try?

I can't recommend a matting but can say that putting it up is definately worth the effort.

Ned use to kick the walls in his old stable, moved him to one that has matting on the walls and after 2 - 3 weeks he stopped completely, seemed to be the noise that gave him the most satisfaction so as soon as that was gone he stopped.

No more lost shoes or stiffness/soreness behind

I bought the one on a roll from Robinsons. It was quite cheap but was really hard work putting it up as it was so heavy. Been up about 2 yrs now and is as good as new but doesnt look as good as my friends which is the proper thick lightweight stuff. After just paying for floor mats, I couldnt afford the better stuff at the time.
