Rubber Matting help!

Hi, I'm looking at buying some rubber matting but don't want to spend a fortune. I have seen some 1m x 1m x 25mm EVA Foam mats which state they are suitable for stables/gyms etc but I am a bit concerned as to how foam mats will withstand a horse with shoes on?
Does anyone else have these? Any comments greatly appreciated!

i had some foam one's, they were okay probably not as hard wearing and tend to move a bit more than rubber, and any wind gets under them they tend to blow up unless you have bedding on the top of them. Fab for just picking up and cleaning underneath though. I would probably use them again..
