Has anyone got any recommendations for rubber matting companies? Or any negatives? I need rubber matting for a 12X16 stable and a 12x12 to be layed on limestone which is level, and i'm in west sussex. Thanks

I bought the interlocking EVA lightweight rubber matting just over a year ago and have been really pleased with it. Lifted it a couple of weeks ago when repainting stable and very surprised that there was absolutely no leakage through to under the mats. I bought them on line from a company which I think was called the UK Rubber Matting co. Laid it ourself- very easy to do.

Vulcan rubber, they do all sorts of different widths from 12mm upto 25mm.
I think they sell on eBay. They have been recommended to me and I'm going for the 18mm one.
For a 12 x 12 stable you need 6 sheets.

We have chalk floors in our stables and I found that the rubber matting floats on top as it sweats. I just have the bed and it's great as it all drains away.
