Has anyone else seen them? My friend has some and loves them! She said they do not feel as "thick" in your hands as the normal rubber coated ones and have so much grip. I have seen them in my local saddlery shop for £45.00 so are a bit pricey. Just wondered if anyone else uses them and your general opinions really.

I've got them and they are the best things on the planet! Okay, slight overexaggeration maybe! My friend introduced me to them this summer.
Elevater do them and call them Eventa reins I think, I got cheaper rip offs from Blenheim (might have been Townfields saddlers) for £38. Definately worth every penny!

I`ve got them also i have seem them in my local tack shop they are not as good as the elevator ones spend a extra tenner and get the elevator ones they are lovely i have a very strong horse but dont like wearing gloves . they do get abit slippy in the rain thow but if your like me i dont that much in the rain anyway xxx

They are brilliant. I don't find mine get slippery when wet. Easy to clean and not to much in the hand. I also get a better feel with them.

I agree! I have the Eventa ones, don't have very big hands and always found conventional rubber ones too bulky, but these are a bit more flexible and give you a better feel.
