Depends - are you getting in a company to do it for you? It will cost over £20,000 probably if you do. They can be done DIY style where you hire in the contractors and buy in the surface. Cuts out the middle man but needs a lot of research in order to get it right. I'm in the market for one too so I know how scarey it is.

I will PM you! The best I've got so far is about £6,000 for the sand and £5,000 for the rubber (Spring-Tek).

Wow 60 x 40 is BIG!
Mine's 20 x 60 and cost about £17k for sand and rubber, with post and rail fencing. Not done by a "name" company, but local man with a JCB. It rides and drains exceptionally well.
