I have a lovely new horse who came to me fully clipped , legs and all, he has a habit of pawing up all the bedding then rolling in his stable at night and keeps scraping his hocks causing them to get sore on the concrete floor. he has a huge deep shavings bed down, but as I say he paws it up before rolling. so I have been looking at using some rubber matting underneath and saw this advertised on ebay

does anyone have any experience of this type of matting , would it be Ok as a stop gap ?
