Rubber top up

i'm thinking of having my 20 x 40 sand school topped up with some rubber. its been down 4 years now, with padstow sea sand. anyone in the south west will know its a good type of sand! it drains amazingly but just think it needs a bit of rubber to stop it freezing in the winter and making it less deep in the summer. any ideas about how much i need to put on???

I know from scratch you need about 20 tonnes of the stuff so it depends on how deep you want it.

Whoever you get the rubber from should be able to advise you - that's how I worked out how much I needed. Also recommend hiring a bobcat to distribute it over the school!

definitely definitely consider Springride, PM me if you want. they're in Cornwall, so haulage won't be too bad, and it is absolutely brilliant stuff, i had it at my last place and went for the same again here.
