Just spotted a dog owner whose dog had messed in my front garden. He obviously wasnt going to pick up the poo except a someone walking past gave him a glare. Then when he thought no one could see him he walked up the path and was about to put the poo in my dustbin! I gave him a shock by opening the door! Hoodie with a staffie. I have no issue with staffies as most of them I know are really sweet, but totally giving them bad press. Wonder if this is the charmer whose dog has been messing outside my front gate on and off for weeks now. I would cheerfully claim £75 of a fine from him !
