Rug accessory: bit that holds the neck together

I don't have a name for them...... I'm looking for 4 of them!

Description....
metal
sometimes looks like an elongated figure of 8, sometimes just a loop of metal
you put the webbing/elastic with Velcro on, through them to secure the neck together.

anyone understand what I'm going on about???
they are wanted for a modification job on a rug, so need to be reality heavy duty!
Can anyone find me some? Or know the name of them?

They are called 'triglide 3 bar slide'
