Rug chest expanders!!

Hello everyone,
With winter coming up, I wanted to get my cobs rugs sorted early so everything is ready when it's needed. We managed to struggle through last winter, but with one problem: no rug has a wide enough chest to fit him! I recently discovered chest expanders, perfect! But then another problem: my cobs one and only medium weight rug has 'convenience clips' instead of actual buckles, and upon searching for chest expanders, I also discovered that 'convenience clip' chest expanders are hard to come by. The only chest expanders that are compatible with the clips are abroad.

Anyone know of anyone in the UK that sells chest expanders that would work with 'convenience clips'? Thanks!

I have this with mine as well I find Fal and the Shire tempest fit fine
Be careful though as with the extenders they make the with area go further back

I would be inclined to sell his wardrobe and buy new bargain rugs
