Rug Cleaning - South West

I need to get my rugs cleaned (yes I know I have left it quite late )

In the past I have taken them to Jenny's tack shop in Warmley but since they have moved premises I don't think much of their service and don't want to use them again.

Have a flyer for Muddy Rugs in Frome but don't have any knowledge of how good / bad they are.

Who do others use and what are they like? (geographical area: Bristol, horses are Chew Valley / bottom of Mendips)

Ironically, just as I posted I saw an ad on the right of the screen for The Horsewear Launderette in Portishead - anyone heard of or used these people?

I've used Felicity Thorne 07591692900; she's reasonable. However, make sure you write down what you want done with each rug (she also does repairs), with a brief description of said rug, and let her have one bit and you keep the copy!!

Bless her, she does a blimmin good job and is cheap and cheerful, I'll give her that, but can be a tad disorganised and you need to "organise" her, if you see what I mean.
