Is there anyway you can swop rugs that havent been out of bag and never been out of the bags?. sorry dumb question but no way can my 6ft3 rugs fit a 17.3

If you have a reciept as proof of purchase there shouldn't be a problem returning it or exchanging it

a bank statement would suffice.

Do you have a bank statement showing where you purchased them i.e with the company name? Then you have a date you purchased and if you can roughly remember the time they should be able to look up the sale on their computer. If not and you are extra nice to them they may allow you an exchange
