Rug & feed thefts Bristol

A couple of yards have been hit this week, one in Swan Lane, Winterbourne, one in The Cloisters, Winterbourne and a yard in Latteridge have been broken into, rugs taken even off of the horses! feed and hay taken too. Be careful and dont leave anything about that isnt necessary.

Has the credit crunch affected people that badly that they have to steal feed and hay???!!! I'm shocked!

Once again if you don't want to find your horse cold and wet MARK IT I bought a number of expensive rugs this weekend, within 2 hrs they were marked with the freeze brands in 7" high characters. I want to keep them!

Hi, I just had another person tell me this morning that their yard was done but they had tack stolen as well...I will be marking all of my rugs as hope it will work as a preventative as dont want my babies being fiddled with by thieves or anybody else!

Ive just been told that someone at a yard in winterbourne had her keys, handbag and car stolen while she was putting her horse to bed!

Thank you for this. I had all my rugs stolen off my horses a few years back now. Not nice.
