Hi all, I have just moved to a new livery yard, and need to mark my rugs, was thinking of cow ear tags in a colour that would then show they are my rugs, but they seem expensive when I only need about 6. I think i need something quiet large so that it is visible quickly. any ideas gratefully received

In a previous job with rugs for 50+ horses, we used to use different colour plastic bracelets - similar to ones you get in hospital.

Have a hunt as you may be able to buy in smaller values than these https://www.amazon.co.uk/SwirlColor-Wristbands-Adults-Disposable-Bracelet/dp/B07GBV45LX/ref=sr_1_22?crid=282STW0HE4OGB&keywords=plastic+bracelet+tags&qid=1703019464&sprefix=plastic+bracelt+tags,aps,68&sr=8-22 or you could be bold with these https://www.amazon.co.uk/Wristbands...3019525&sprefix=id+wrist+bands,aps,65&sr=8-10

We use these in work on all our lifting chains for heavy machinery. I thought these originally because they're for heavy duty work and they would stand up to wear and tear from horses and they're also like a flexible rubber/plastic material. We mark them with Sharpies and it never fades or rubs off.

Not sure how readily available the above is as I can only find one ad on Amazon, but then I got a suggestion for these and maybe they're suitable too?
