The best HW with neck I have found is the Mark Todd Combo. The Fal with hood rubbed Baileys mane out, the hood on the Rhino wasnt long enough with crap fastenings and the MT was substantially cheaper than either of them!

Nic, I have now got three PE rugs, after being recommended them last year by Tempi. I have got a Duo - but was really not happy with it's depth. So PE rugs are brilliant I've found for the bigger horse.

Thumper has a HW Stable Rug, a MW Turnout rug (both with detachable hoods) and a LW turnout rug.

Quite frankly for the money I challenge anyone to come up with a better rug. Their quality is far superior IMO to Rambo's, Fal or Mark Todd - and I have had all of these rugs previously and currently.

I'm a total convert and can't see me every buying another make again.

The weatherbeeta taka heavy weight with belly flap, has standard, half and full neck. 350gram filling I love it! and so do my horses...seems to fit anything!

I have 3 amigo's (rainsheet, 200 & 350) plus a 450g PE. All very very good rugs.

If I wasn't on a budget, I would probably go for fal.

On the subject of PE rugs are they really really waterproof?

I certainly haven't had any problems with leaks on my two TO's..
